{"id":816,"date":"2023-11-11T05:38:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-11T05:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/whedafrica.org\/?p=816"},"modified":"2023-12-04T05:40:01","modified_gmt":"2023-12-04T05:40:01","slug":"central-university-from-somalia-joined-fau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/whedafrica.org\/index.php\/2023\/11\/11\/central-university-from-somalia-joined-fau\/","title":{"rendered":"Central University from Somalia Joined FAU!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Federation of African Universities (FAU) as is a continental non-governmental and not for profit confederation set up by universities in Africa to promote cooperation among themselves and with the international academic community now FAU thrilled that the Central University for Science and Technology (CUST) is an indigenous and private Somali high educational institution based in south central regions of Somalia while is also a modern university with a global outlook, with a vision of becoming a leading outcome-driven, entrepreneurial research university in across Somalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CUST was founded on 10th of July 2013 by an assemblage of Somali citizens with the aim of providing high quality educational service in different faculties as well as bridging the community needs for high education in Somalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CUST has been innovated by a group of professionals &amp; intellectuals amalgamating their knowledge and experiences of fifteen partners, which spans over 25 years of teaching university &amp; secondary schools, business management, development and management work, health workers, monitoring &amp; evaluation with international NGOs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CUST high educational services are of high quality thanks to the qualifications of a strong team of multidisciplinary partners with backgrounds in health science, computer science, business &amp; financial management as well as education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the FAU initiative is a network and continental confederation founded in January 25, 2022, dedicated to promoting education understanding and awareness of the African environmental education services and its intercultural mediation through the honest and accurate cooperation and integration of local, regional, continental and international knowledge and development issues.
