Call for host – FAU General Conference 2025
These events are jointly organised by the FAU and a member institution in good standing with the Association (i.e. having zero arrears in annual subscription payment). It should be noted that the co-hosting of this most important event on the calendar of the African higher education community provides very high-level visibility and exposure to the host institution and country because of the calibre and number of academic leaders, policymakers, researchers, development partners, industry, and other stakeholders that usually attend it, and it is, therefore, a highly sought-after event.

CALL FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS FOR EXTERNAL EVALUATOR
The Federation of African Universities (FAU) has officially announced a call for applications from qualified member Universities or organizations to serve as an External Evaluator for an upcoming important project. As part of the university’s commitment to maintaining transparency, objectivity, and excellence, the External Evaluator will play a crucial role in assessing and evaluating the project’s outcomes and effectiveness.
All interested candidates are invited to apply by submitting their applications letter before the deadline on October 21, 2023. To access the detailed requirements, evaluation criteria, and other relevant information about the role, prospective applicants can refer to the official document provided by FAU at the website.

Training Workshop on University-Industry Linkages for African Universities, Kigali, Rwanda
The Federation of African Universities (FAU) is organizing a one-day training workshop to enhance the skills of university staff in the promotion of innovation and the management of change. The workshop modules will be run through intensive participant interaction over carefully selected cases and other materials, and lead lectures by eminent Resource Persons.
